Merchant Marine Robert Seager, II

Born 12 Sep 1924 in Nanking, China. Dr. Robert Seager, II was an award-winning historian, educator, and author. He wrote and edited numerous books and articles on American history, including “Letters and Papers of Alfred Thayer Mahan” and “The Papers of Henry Clay.” Dr, Seager also founded the University of Baltimore Graduate School.
